Location
The apartment is located at the highest point in La Manga (a hill known as Monteblanco), 3km from the start of the strip, in a quiet complex with no
through-road. Generally, property prices in La Manga go up the closer you are to the beginning of the strip. Properies at the very end (20km from the
start) are cheaper for a reason - the strip comes to a dead-end and the only way off is to drive 20km to the start, or take a boat.
There is no further construction on Monteblanco (being a hill with limited room there simply isn't space for further development), meaning that you can
be confident of buying in this area without the worry of having the great views spoiled by future construction projects, not to mention the inconvenience
of living next door to a construction site (a danger you must consider whenever you buy property in Spain as there is so much construction everywhere).
